Charlotte C. Roche, RPR, CSR, RMR, CRR, RDR, holds California Certified Shorthand Reporter License Number 4486
and has 32 years of experience in this field. She understands the day-to-day life of a working reporter and the valuable
services reporters provide within the judicial system.
Mrs. Roche supports the predominant industry opinion that all owners of Court Reporting businesses should hold a
State License and operate under the code of conduct and ethics bestowed upon individuals through testing and
licensure.
Conducting business as a working reporter has earned her a reputation for fairness, honesty, integrity and accurate
reporting. Charlotte has been a Registered Merit Reporter since 1981, a Registered Diplomate Reporter since 1996,
and is a Certified Realtime Reporter.
Char married a union electrician in 1990 and became a working mother in 1995. She is a volunteer with the Hayward
Unified School District and the Chamber of Commerce and serves as Secretary of her Home Owners Association.

Meet Our Office Manager
Deanna Guerra, employed with our firm for over 18 years, attended several Court Reporting Schools and participated
in apprenticeship training before settling into the management aspect of running a reporting firm.
Applying her knowledge of procedural law and office supervision, she has become a fundamental element to our
success. De's friendly personality and keen intelligence make our workers and customers feel at ease, and she benefits
our team with her skills and talents.
She has the enthusiasm and confidence to get your requests processed efficiently and effectively and is well deserving
of the respect she has attained in this field.
